“I’m fascinated by dreams. The world in my dreams is so different. Our thinking process itself is different, just enchanting. Recently, I had this dream that I was walking a narrow path along a hill in my village with some of my friends. We were walking through a dense forest and then out of nowhere, a pack of wolves appeared a short distance in front of us. The wolves were snarling with their teeth very visible and saliva dripping down. I knew the wolves wouldn’t attack us if we didn’t move, so I told my friends to stay still. Everything was quiet for a while, even the air. But my friends moved. The last thing I remember before waking up was the wolves charging down at us, leaping in the air. With my heart still racing, I immediately jotted down the dream in my dream journal, which I’ve been keeping for the past six years. I use dream journals to reflect upon myself because I believe dreams reveal our subconscious mind, something about ourselves that we do not know yet. And one day, after filling my dream journal, I’ll bring them into life by turning it into a novel.”
